Otros detalles a tener en cuenta
A few things to know before you book: Tucked into the trees, the property's lake-facing side sits inside a cove, functioning like a cul-de-sac on the water. Here the water stays calm and protected from boat traffic making it a great spot to float, swim, kayak, or paddleboard without worry. Neighboring docks dot the opposite shore, giving the cove a warm, familiar feeling that open water never quite has. Wildlife disclosure: The property sits in the heart of central Virginia's natural landscape and as such we have lots of wildlife visitors! Main sightings include turtles, lizards, deer, chipmunks, squirrels, foxes, woodchucks, great blue herons, and garden snakes. Ticks and mosquitoes are active spring through fall. Occasional sightings of copperheads and black bears have been noted, so it is important to be aware and to never leave food unattended outside. The house sleeps 16 guests. No pets. Certified service animals are welcome. The property is not fully fenced. No smoking, vaping, or cannabis indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted at the fire pit only. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Dock speakers must be off by 10:00 PM.
